Monitoring Progress
Once you start your program, we will keep track of everything that you do. From the weight room to the treadmill, you will have a written record of every calorie burned during your workouts. Outside of the gym, you will write down everything that you eat and drink and calculate your total calories for the day so that we can help you make better food choices.
Every 12-weeks, we will evaluate the progress you are making toward your fitness goals. You will participate in the same group of assessments that you completed during the first week of training. These assessments will include:
- Body Fat Percentage
- Aerobic Fitness
- Metabolic Rate
- Body Measurements
After we have a chance to review your results together, we will take that opportunity to revise you fitness goals and workout plan.
