The Exercise Log will keep track of all the calories you burn as you log in all the results from each of your workouts. This daily record will help keep you motivated to continue your hard work and focused on your future results. Finally, we’ll be able to graph your progress with the Body Log feature, which records your weight, body measurements and percentage of body fat.

Exercise intensity is the key to a successful fitness program. The Polar F6 heart rate monitor will give you continuous and accurate measurements of your working heart rate. This non-subjective feedback will prevent you from taking it too easy or over doing it during your workouts.
