General Athletic Training

The GAC program blends heart-pounding, high-intensity aerobic conditioning with total body strength training, core stability and balance exercises. This program is not for beginners, but for those clients that are currently in good physical shape and want to be pushed to attain even higher levels of athletic performance and success.

Your aerobic component of the program will consist of:

  • Short distance sprints
  • Hill climbs
  • Longer distance runs (less than 3 miles)
  • Rope jumping
  • Multi-directional runs

Your strength component will use a wide variety of exercise modes:

  • Body bar, medicine ball and rubber tubing resistance
  • Core training: leg lifts, stability ball crunches, bicycles, extensions
  • Traditional dumbbell and barbell lifts (presses, squats, lunges, etc.)
  • Body weight exercises: assisted pull-ups, chin ups, push ups and dips
  • Balance training: pads, wobble boards, stability balls

Investment Schedule

One-on-one Personal Training $60 per session

Two-on-one Personal Training $90 per session

Three-on-one Personal Training $105 per session

Each training session is approximately 50 minutes.
